Hopalong - aka Jose Luis Chagoyan, one of San Miguel de Allende's most prolific and versatile musicians. Gil and Cartas - Gil Gutierrez, guitarist extraordinaire, and Pedro Cartas, violinist and former concertmaster of the Cuban Radio and Television Orchestra, are one of San Miguel de Allende's great local success stories. Now often on tour with Doc Severinsen. Marc Silber - voice of the blues. A living history of the golden age of Greenwich Village folk music. Liona Boyd - Canada's famous guitarist, who lived in San Miguel de Allende as a teen and still visits now and then. Steven King - do we have to mention, "the guitarist", not the writer? Estéban Bello - a wonderful, versatile, classical / flamenco / jazz / crossover guitarist who also sings romantic love songs in five or six languages.
